The Superjesus are Resurrected
The Superjesus has died, The Superjesus is risen, and The Superjesus will come again.
The Aussie post-grunge rockers have given their originally ironic name a whole new level of topicality by being resurrected for the second time in months. After the success of a “one night only” comeback show in their Adelaide hometown last month, the group have pulled a Farnham (figuratively) by announcing another eleven around the country.
The late nineties, early naughties band boast three albums, a horde of disciples, and several ARIA awards to their hyperbolic name. After a decade of deep slumber, The Superjesus will delight their many believers by reviving all their old classics, including ‘Gravity’, ‘Shut My Eyes’ and ‘Second Sun’.
Last time a Jesus rose from the dead, it made news for the following two millenniums. So those wishing to witness the upcoming reawakening should make the pilgrimage here:
