ScHoolboy Q Announces Australian Tour
LA rapper ScHoolboy Q is coming to Australia to celebrate the release of his highly anticipated fourth album, Blank Face.
Blank Face has been called his “most ambitious work to date”, with collaborators including Kanye West, Vince Staples, Miguel, Anderson .Paak, Swizz Beats and Jadakiss.
ScHoolboy Q, who lists East Coast rappers Nas and The Notorious B.I.G. as his biggest influences, still sounds distinctly West Coast, with big beats and clever rhymes.
In 2009, ScHoolboy Q was signed by Top Dawg Entertainment, joining Kendrick Lamar, Jay Rock and Ab-Soul, all of who often collaborate as Black Hippy, before releasing a number of acclaimed mixtapes and albums.
ScHooboy Q will be in Australia in November, and fans should expect a brilliant show from one of the best rappers in the game at the moment.
He’ll also be appearing at Newcastle’s THIS THAT, his only festival appearance in Australia this year.
