Get Your Fingers All Over Expatriate

May 31, 2012 by Lucas Thomas in Artists, Latest News with 0 Comments

Sydney lads Expatriate have been laying extremely low for the past few years. In fact, the four-piece haven’t released a single thing since 2007. Five freaking years. Well the boys have all but finished the long-time-coming second album, Hyper/Hearts, and have been touring around the nation for the past few weeks playing some intimate club shows, ironing out the kinks.

The boys have just released their brand new single ‘Do You Remember’ and now they are asking you, yes you, to step in. If you’re a DJ, producer or just a go getter with a Mac and GarageBand, then Expatriate want you to remix their single.

The stems of the song are available just by throwing a thumb up at Expatriates Facebook. The winner nabs themselves $200 to spend at JB Hi-Fi, as well as having their remix selected and featured on the band’s website and Facebook, as well as having it circulated amongst the media and music industry. Stop studying for exams and get mixing.

Hyper/Hearts is out July 6th.
