Cub Scouts Unleash Song of the Year: ‘Do you Hear’
On the eve of their national tour with Loon Lake, Brisbane buzz-band Cub Scouts were awarded ‘Song of the Year’ at the Queensland Music Awards on Tuesday night. With a heavy year of national touring including headline shows and supports with Ball Park Music and Pluto Jonze under their belt, the band are pleased to celebrate the success of their latest single with another whip around the country.
Cub Scouts emerged in late 2011 to the steel-drum sounds of ‘Evie’, creating the summer soundtrack for radio listeners. Their latest ‘Do You Hear’ takes their indie pop sounds to the next level and has cemented their place as one of the most exciting acts in the country.
